Super Hero Marketing was born after recognising marketing as the unsung hero of many businesses.

There is an established need for super heroes to swoop in and save businesses so that they can continue to operate successfully and grow into profitable business ventures. The COVID-19 pandemic in particular illustrated just how vulnerable businesses are – and after witnessing the demise of many of these businesses, Superwoman decided to swoop in and share some of her super powers, most impressive of which is her ability to ‘market’.

Super Heroes do have an innate ability to save lives (and businesses in this case), and we believe the world can do with more people wanting to make a difference. That’s why Super Hero Marketing consists of a select group of highly talented individuals that are specialists in their field, all with their own super hero skill set and powers. Powers that can be applied to help you grow your business.

Our resident Super Hero and founder of Super Hero Marketing, Leatitia van Straten (also known as Superwoman), relished a successful career in marketing spanning over more than 20 years, where she worked across almost every industry imaginable through an impressive event portfolio.

Her many achievements include being recognised as one of the Top 40 WIM (Women in the MICE sector), being the first-ever female appointed to the Board of Directors of Specialised Exhibitions Montgomery, being elected as the Chairperson for AAXO (The African Association of Exhibition Organisers), sitting on the SAIMC (Society for Automation, Instrumentation, Mechatronics and Control) Board as an EXCO member and listed on the International Who’s Who of Office Professionals on several occasions.
